Château Aarav

The Future

The Future

A vision taking shape, one season at a time.

A Future Vision

A Home for the Wine

Our dream has never been to build the biggest winery in India. Our dream is to build one of the most respected wine estates in Asia. We are building Château Aarav with patience. First, we want to understand our vines, our soil, our climate, and the character of this place. As the vineyard matures, we will gradually build our winery, cellar, tasting room, and experiences around it. One day, we hope our guests will walk through the vineyard, experience our cellar, taste wines grown from this land, and understand the story behind every bottle. But our greatest ambition goes beyond wine. We want to build an estate that future generations can inherit, continue, and make better.
We are not building for today. We are planting for tomorrow.

Our Wines

From Vine to Bottle

Our wines are still a future story. The vines of Château Aarav are young, establishing their roots in the Eastern Himalayan foothills of Pedong, Kalimpong. Our first harvest is expected around 2030, but we will never make wine simply because the calendar says it is time.

We are not trying to recreate the great wine regions of Europe. We are waiting to discover what our own land can become. And when the first bottle is ready, it will carry more than wine—it will carry the story of where we began.
